What's included in your ticket price?
As well as accessing to the live sessions on the day your ticket also includes access to session recordings on demand for three months after the event for you to digest at your leisure should you miss anything on the day.

Want to pay by invoice and book online? No problem
You can now secure your booking and pay by invoice online. Please ensure that you have a PO number/reference ready before you start the booking process. You won’t be able to complete the order without it. If you would like to book online less than 10 days before the conference you will need to pay by card.

No VAT payable
There are no hidden costs in our prices – you won't pay VAT on Sustainable Homes 2023 event tickets.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be charged a £100 cancellation fee per person. The full fee is payable for any cancellations received after 14 April 2022.
