Sustainable Homes is our
renamed conference dedicated to climate issues, decarbonisation and sustainability
in housing.
This year's event has been specifically designed with asset, development and operations job titles in mind, with an emphasis on how to prioritise decarbonisation goals whilst focusing on quality and safety issues.
The decarbonisation of housing association stock requires a huge programme of work. Housing associations and asset teams are already acting and the homes they manage are more energy efficient on average than any other homes but the scale of the challenge is huge. Our Sustainable Homes conference will tackle some of the sector’s most pressing issues, including enabling sustainable investment through strategic asset management, resident engagement, data, energy efficiency solutions, procurement and skills, and will provide space for discussion and engagement with both colleagues and suppliers.
There has never been a more important time for the sector to get together to discuss the role of asset in advancing the green agenda and delivering good quality homes. Sustainable Homes conference will provide a timely opportunity for us to reflect on both the operational challenges ahead and the lessons learnt so far in pushing our shared sustainability agenda forward. By bringing together sector experts, stakeholders, tech providers and government representatives under one platform, it will provide a unique space to work with peers and develop creative solutions to the ever-evolving obstacles faced by the sector.
